Law and Order: Java man arrested for violating protection order four hours after it was issued
Jared T. Price, 21, of Java, was arrested July 18 following an alleged violation of an active order of protection. He is accused of violating the order four hours after it was issued. Price was arraigned in the Town of Arcade Court and put in Wyoming County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. He is due in the Town of Java Court Aug. 16.
Amanda R. Bzduch, 22, of Perry, was arrested June 30 and charged with falsely reporting an incident in the third degree. She was ticketed and released and due in Portage Town Court at a later date.
Dylan J. Bordner, 23, of Cowlesville, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, driving while ability impaired – drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arrested July 7 following a traffic stop on Route 77 in the Town of Sheldon. Deputies say Bordner was stopped for an inspection violation. Additionally, during the investigation, he was arrested for allegedly driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and evaluated by a drug recognition expert, who found him to be impaired. He is due in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.
An 18-year-old county man was charged July 15 with no stop lamps, inadequate exhaust, failure to keep right, underage possession of alcohol, and driving while ability impaired by drugs. The man was arrested on Swyers Road, Castile, following a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations. During the investigation, he was arrested for DWAI-drugs. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office and evaluated by a drug recognition expert, who found him to be impaired and unsafe to drive. He is due in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.
